Which cryptocurrencies do we support?

We support major cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ripple (XRP), Tron (TRX), Solana (SOL), and stablecoins USDT and USDC. Availability may vary. Always check the deposit page for the current list.

What blockchain networks are supported for each coin?

Some coins are available on multiple networks. For example, USDT is available on Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20), and other chains. ETH may also be available on layer-2 networks. Always verify the exact network shown on your deposit page before sending.

What happens if I use an unsupported coin or network?

Transactions sent using an unsupported coin or network will not be credited. In most cases, these funds are unrecoverable. Always confirm that both the coin and the network match exactly what is shown on your deposit screen.

Do we support multi-chain stablecoins like USDT or USDC?

Yes. Where a coin exists on multiple networks, you will see a network selector. Choose the network that matches your sending wallet or exchange. Sending USDT on TRC-20 to an ERC-20 address, for example, will result in a failed or lost transaction.

What is the minimum deposit amount per coin?

Minimum deposit amounts vary by cryptocurrency. Very small amounts may not meet the minimum threshold and will not be credited. Please check the minimum deposit amount listed on the deposit page for each coin before sending.

Will we add more cryptocurrencies in the future?

We regularly review and expand our list of supported coins. Follow our official announcements for updates on newly added cryptocurrencies and networks.

Do I need a crypto wallet to play?

Yes. You will use a personal crypto wallet or exchange account to send funds to your casino deposit address, and to receive withdrawals. Your casino account balance acts as a custodial wallet during gameplay.

What is the difference between a custodial and non-custodial wallet?

A custodial wallet is managed by a service provider (like an exchange). The provider holds your private keys. A non-custodial wallet gives you full control of your private keys or seed phrase, meaning you bear full responsibility for securing your funds.

Which wallet should I use?

You may use any compatible crypto wallet or exchange that supports the coins and networks we accept. Popular options include hardware wallets (Ledger, Trezor), software wallets (MetaMask, Trust Wallet), or exchanges (Binance, Coinbase). We cannot recommend specific third-party services.

Can I deposit directly from an exchange?

Yes, in most cases you can send funds directly from a cryptocurrency exchange. Make sure the exchange supports the specific network you are selecting. Some exchanges may charge their own withdrawal fees before sending to us.

What is a wallet address?

A wallet address is a unique string of letters and numbers that identifies where cryptocurrency should be sent  similar to a bank account number. Each coin and network has its own address format. Always copy addresses carefully and double-check before confirming any transaction.

Why does my deposit address sometimes change?

For privacy and security reasons, some blockchain protocols (such as Bitcoin) generate a new deposit address after each use. All addresses assigned to your account remain valid and funds sent to any of your previous addresses will still be credited.

How do I deposit cryptocurrency?

Navigate to Wallet or Cashier, select Deposit, choose your cryptocurrency and network, copy the deposit address or scan the QR code, and send funds from your personal wallet or exchange. Always verify the coin and network before sending.

How long does a deposit take to arrive?

Deposit times depend on the blockchain and current network congestion. Bitcoin typically takes 10–30 minutes (1+ confirmation). Ethereum and TRC-20 networks usually settle within seconds to a few minutes. Solana and similar fast networks are often near-instant. We credit your account as soon as the required confirmations are received.

What are blockchain confirmations and why are they required?

A confirmation occurs each time a new block is added to the blockchain containing your transaction. We require a minimum number of confirmations before crediting a deposit to protect against blockchain reorganizations and double-spend attempts. This threshold varies by coin.

Are there deposit fees?

We do not charge fees for deposits. However, your sending wallet or exchange may charge a network fee to broadcast the transaction. This is paid to the blockchain network, not to us.

My deposit has not arrived. What should I do?

First, confirm you sent the correct coin on the correct network to the address shown in your account. Then look up your transaction ID (TXID) in a blockchain explorer to check how many confirmations it has received. If the transaction is fully confirmed on chain but has not appeared in your account, contact support with the TXID, the coin name, the network, and the amount sent.

I sent funds to the wrong address. Can they be recovered?

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Funds sent to an incorrect external address are almost never recoverable. If you sent to a wrong network within our system, contact support immediately. Recovery is not guaranteed but may be attempted in limited cases where technically feasible.

How do I verify a transaction on a blockchain explorer?

Copy your transaction ID (TXID) from your sending wallet and paste it into the appropriate blockchain explorer (e.g., blockchain.com for BTC, etherscan.io for ETH, tronscan.org for TRX). The explorer will show the current number of confirmations and whether the transaction is pending, confirmed, or failed.

What does 'pending' mean for my deposit?

Pending means your transaction has been broadcast to the network but has not yet received enough confirmations for us to credit it. This is normal and usually resolves within minutes, depending on the blockchain and any network congestion.

I sent crypto to the wrong network. What happens?

Sending a coin on an incompatible network typically results in the funds being stuck or lost. For example, sending ERC-20 USDT to a TRC-20 address will likely result in an unrecoverable transaction. Always verify the network before sending. Contact support immediately if this occurs — recovery may be attempted but is not guaranteed.

My transaction shows as confirmed on the blockchain, but my balance has not updated.

Contact support and provide your TXID, coin, network, amount, and the time of the transaction. Our team will investigate and manually credit the deposit if everything checks out on our end.

What is a TXID and where do I find it?

A TXID (Transaction ID or Transaction Hash) is a unique identifier assigned to every blockchain transaction. You can find it in your sending wallet's transaction history or on the exchange withdrawal confirmation. It is a long string of letters and numbers used to track the transaction on a blockchain explorer.

Can a blockchain transaction be reversed?

No. Confirmed blockchain transactions are irreversible by nature. This applies to both deposits and withdrawals. Always double-check addresses and networks before confirming any transaction.

What happens during blockchain network congestion?

During periods of high activity on a network, transactions may take longer to confirm as miners or validators process a backlog of transactions. A low network fee at the time of sending can also delay confirmations. We recommend checking current network conditions before making large or time-sensitive transfers.

How do I withdraw cryptocurrency?

Go to Wallet or Cashier, select Withdraw, choose the cryptocurrency, enter your external wallet address, verify you have selected the correct network, enter the withdrawal amount, and confirm. Additional security verification may be required.

Which coins can I withdraw?

At this time, withdrawals are processed in the same cryptocurrency that was deposited. Cross-currency withdrawals are not currently supported. If you deposited BTC, your withdrawal will be in BTC.

How long do withdrawals take?

Most withdrawals are processed promptly and appear on chain within minutes. Final delivery to your wallet depends on blockchain confirmation times and current network congestion. Some withdrawals may be subject to a security review, which can extend processing time.

Are there withdrawal fees?

We do not charge a platform withdrawal fee. A standard blockchain network (gas) fee is deducted from the withdrawal amount to cover the cost of broadcasting the transaction to the network. This fee varies by coin and current network conditions.

Is there a minimum or maximum withdrawal amount?

Yes, minimum withdrawal thresholds apply per coin and must be above the network fee to result in a meaningful transfer. Please refer to the Withdraw page for the current minimums. There may also be maximum limits depending on your account verification level.

Do I need to wager my deposit before I can withdraw?

Yes. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Please review the full terms and conditions for details on wagering requirements.

Why is my withdrawal pending or delayed?

Withdrawals may be delayed for several reasons: security review, KYC verification required, unusual account activity, network congestion, or because wagering requirements have not been met. If your withdrawal has been pending for an extended period, contact support with your withdrawal details.

Can I cancel a withdrawal?

Withdrawals that have not yet been broadcast to the blockchain may be cancellable. Once a transaction has been submitted on chain, it cannot be reversed. If you need to cancel a pending withdrawal, contact support as soon as possible.

Why did my withdrawal fail or get rejected?

Common reasons include: an invalid or incorrect wallet address, a mismatched network, the withdrawal amount falling below the minimum, unmet wagering requirements, or a pending identity verification. Contact support if you are unsure why a withdrawal was rejected.

I withdrew funds but they have not arrived in my wallet.

First, check the blockchain explorer for your TXID to confirm the transaction was broadcast and is receiving confirmations. If confirmed on chain but not in your wallet, check that you entered the correct address. If the transaction shows no blockchain activity, contact support with your withdrawal reference.

Can I withdraw to a different coin or a different address than I deposited from?

Withdrawals must be made in the same coin that was deposited. You may withdraw to any valid personal wallet address that supports that coin on the correct network it does not have to be the same address you deposited from. Never withdraw to an exchange address that does not support the specific network.

How can I secure my account and crypto funds?

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA), use a strong and unique password, keep your devices and software updated, always double-check wallet addresses before confirming transactions, and never reuse passwords across sites. Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

Should I ever share my seed phrase or private keys?

Never. Your seed phrase and private keys give complete control over your wallet. No member of our staff will ever ask for them under any circumstances. Anyone requesting this information is attempting to steal your funds.

Will your support team ever ask for my password?

No. Our team will never ask for your password, seed phrase, private keys, or 2FA backup codes through any communication channel email, live chat, or social media. If anyone claiming to be from our support team asks for these, report it immediately.

How do I avoid phishing or crypto scams?

Always navigate directly to our official website by typing the URL manually. Do not click links in unsolicited emails or messages. Verify that the site URL and SSL certificate are correct before entering any credentials. Be wary of fake support accounts on social media, Discord, or Telegram.

What is a blockchain address poisoning attack?

This is a scam where a bad actor sends a tiny amount of crypto from an address that looks similar to one you have used before, hoping you will accidentally copy it from your transaction history. Always copy addresses fresh from the official deposit page and verify the full address, not just the first and last few characters.

What should I do if I suspect my account has been compromised?

Immediately change your password, disable and re-enable 2FA, and contact our support team. If you believe your personal crypto wallet has been compromised, move funds to a new wallet immediately and do not reuse the old seed phrase.

Are cryptocurrency transactions anonymous?

Crypto transactions are pseudonymous, not fully anonymous. Wallet addresses and transaction amounts are publicly visible on the blockchain, but they are not automatically linked to a real-world identity. However, blockchain analytics tools can sometimes trace transactions between addresses.

Is my gameplay recorded on the blockchain?

No. Only deposits and withdrawals interact with the blockchain. All gameplay takes place off-chain within our platform and is not publicly visible on any blockchain.

Do I need to complete KYC (identity verification)?

KYC may be required in certain situations, including large withdrawals, suspected account sharing, regulatory obligations, or security reviews. Standard gameplay may not require full identity verification, depending on your jurisdiction. We are required to comply with applicable regulations.

What documents are required for KYC?

Typically, a government-issued photo ID (passport or national ID card) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months). Additional documentation such as proof of funds may be required for high-value accounts.

How long does KYC verification take?

Most verifications are completed within 24–72 hours. During peak periods, this may take longer. You will be notified by email once your documents have been reviewed.

Why has my withdrawal been placed on hold pending verification?

Withdrawals above certain thresholds or from accounts flagged for review may be held while identity verification is completed. This is a standard compliance measure. Complete the verification process to release your withdrawal.

Is my personal data safe with you?

We take data security seriously. Personal information submitted during KYC is encrypted and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Why does my balance value in USD change even when I haven't played?

Your account balance is held in cryptocurrency. The USD equivalent displayed is calculated based on the real-time market price of that coin, which fluctuates constantly. The actual quantity of coins in your balance does not change — only the fiat equivalent value.

I deposited $X worth of crypto but my balance shows a different amount. Why?

The value shown at deposit time reflects the exchange rate at that exact moment. If the market price of the coin has moved since you deposited, the fiat equivalent of your balance will reflect the current rate. Your coin balance remains unchanged.

Are my funds protected against crypto market drops?

No. We are a custodial platform that holds your funds in the cryptocurrency you deposited. We do not offer price protection or insurance against market volatility. If you want to protect against price fluctuation, consider depositing in a stablecoin such as USDT or USDC.

What are stablecoins and why might I prefer to use them?

Stablecoins are cryptocurrencies pegged to a stable asset, typically the US Dollar. USDT and USDC are examples. Because their value is designed to remain constant relative to USD, using stablecoins eliminates exposure to cryptocurrency price volatility when depositing and withdrawing.

 Important Notice

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Always verify wallet addresses and networks before sending funds. Our support team will never ask for your password, seed phrase, or private keys. When in doubt, contact official support through the verified channels listed on our website.

Can I buy crypto directly through the platform?

At this stage, we accept cryptocurrency deposits only. Our team is working to integrate regulated third-party on-ramp services in the future. Check our announcements for updates.

Do you offer a crypto swap or conversion feature?

No. We do not currently support swapping between cryptocurrencies within your account balance. Withdrawals are processed in the same coin that was deposited. To convert between coins, you would need to do so via an external exchange before depositing.

What is provably fair gaming, and does it relate to blockchain?

Provably fair is a cryptographic method that allows players to independently verify that each game outcome was determined fairly and was not manipulated after the fact. It uses cryptographic hashing rather than a public blockchain, but it draws on the same principles of transparency and immutability.

Do you have a native token or loyalty token?
